Tosco Music offers community access tickets to our ticketed events for eligible individuals, nonprofit organizations and schools . These tickets are subsidized thanks to the generous support of our donors, grants, and corporate sponsors to ensure that everyone has access to our ticketed concerts regardless of background, income or circumstance.

Subsidized tickets are provided to community groups, schools, and individuals/families to remove financial barriers. These subsidies lower pricing to $2/ticket for Tosco Music Party and FabFest and $5/ticket for Tosco Music Holiday Party and Love Notes. A limited number of free tickets may be available for some nonprofits serving very low-income populations; please email info@toscomusic.org for exceptional requests.

Requests for Community Access Tickets are accepted at any time and subsidies are be granted at the sole discretion of Tosco Music.

Applicants receive an immediate confirmation after submitting the online application, and within 5 business days receive a response from a member of the Tosco Music team with the results of your application. All application information will be kept confidential among Tosco Music’s team.

Guidelines

• School and nonprofit applicants may request up to 20 tickets; exceptions for larger groups may be available depending on the event and timing of the request.
• Applicants are expected to only request the number of tickets that will be used.
• If a family/individual/group finds that they are unable to use all tickets provided, they must email info@ToscoMusic.org at least 48 hours before the event so the unused tickets may be released.
• Community Access Tickets are NOT eligible for resale at any price, to any person, for any reason.
• Approved groups/individuals that utilize tickets inappropriately or do not utilize provided tickets, or who attempt to resell them, will be deemed ineligible for future opportunities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Subsidized tickets are intended to provide access to those who are unable to purchase tickets due to financial hardship.
• Applicants must be an individual, family, school, or nonprofit group.
• Applicants must complete the online application in full.
• Nonprofit applicants must have a current 501c(3) status and be based in and serving populations in the Charlotte metropolitan area, within a 30-mile radius of Charlotte city center.
