What a joy it is to witness musicianship develop over years of dedicated practice motivated by a deep passion for music! Bravo to Gabby Farinas, above, for her performances at Tosco Music Party at Knight Theater and also recently at Rotary Club of Charlotte with another Tosco Music Scholarship recipient, Matthew Mendoza.

Tosco Music Scholarships provide flexible financial support to assist with music-related expenses, including but not limited to: music lesson fees, musical instruments, instrument repairs, tuition for music camp experiences or other music education expenses. Learn more about scholarships here.

Past recipients were awarded funds to support a variety of music-related needs and activities, including attending The Swannanoa Gathering and Arts+ Music Camps. Several past scholarship winners went on to perform at Tosco Music Party over the years.

Since 2010, Tosco Music has awarded more than $55,000 in music scholarships to 114 youth and adult musicians. In 2024, Tosco Music awarded $12,000 in music scholarships throughout the year. Learn more about 2025 scholarship winners awarded in January 2025.

To apply, applicants complete a Google Form with their information including supporting videos and documents that confirm how you want to use the scholarship funds. Please note, there is only one application form for all scholarships. Direct all questions to scholarships@toscomusic.org

Applicants must reside within the following 10 counties as outlined here : Mecklenburg, York, Union, Gaston, Cabarrus, Iredell, Rowan, Lancaster, Lincoln, Chester.

Not eligible:
o Tosco Music staff members, members of the Board of Directors, Review Panel members, their students and any immediate family members of these groups
o Applicants who have won a Tosco Music scholarship within the previous 12 months.
