Instructions to make your performer sponsorship donation:

Open the Donation Form
Select Other Donation and enter $350 or more
Confirm One-Time Donation is selected
In the Donation Note text box, enter: Love Notes Performer Sponsorship

Deadline to be recognized in the program:
Print Program - Sunday, February 1
Digital Program - Friday, February 6
