Every year, Tosco Music coordinates with Charlotte Folk Society to provide music scholarships to The Swannanoa Gathering.  Together, Tosco Music and CFS provide 7 youth scholarships and 4 adult scholarships.  The Swannanoa Gathering i s an outstanding series of summer music camps at Warren Wilson College with nationally renowned instructors and an uncommonly beautiful and community-oriented environment for musicians of all ages, experience and genres to hone their craft. Auditions took place on Sunday, February 24, 2019.

2019 Tosco Music Youth Scholarship winners: Joey Brown & Andrew Hernandez  (pictured with audition judges, Tosco Music Board Members Phyllis Fulton, left, and Ivi Bilich, right). CFS youth winners include: Dylan Underwood, Hayden & Josephine Walker, Sally Hendrick, and Charlotte O'Boyle.

The 2019 Tosco Music Adult Scholarship winner is Eric Maust, and CFS adult winners include Mark Larson, Brad Lindquist and Kat Finnigan.
